B.Sc Nursing

BSc Nursing is a 4-year undergraduate course with a focus on training and skill development as mentioned in National Health Policy 2002. Students after BSc Nursing will become professional nurses capable of taking primary, secondary and tertiary care of people.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31 December of the admission year

  2. Candidate shall be medically fit.

  3. Cleared 10+2 in Science stream (State Board/CBSE/NIOS) with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and passed in English individually.

  4. Selection of candidates is based on the merit of the entrance examination (Covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Aptitude for Nursing) conducted by University

For foreign nationals

The entry qualification equivalency i.e., 12th standard will be obtained by Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi
